If you did not establish a Public Profile when you opened your company account, you must do the following:

1. Launch Ads Manager.

2. Have an Organization Admin pick ‘Public Profiles’ from the menu in the upper right corner.

Please bear in mind that the minimum size for your profile photo is 320 x 320 pixels (.PNG, JPG, or . JPEG). Image size is limited to 2 MB.

5. Click the ‘Create Profile’ button. Your Snapchat Profile will be instantly live and searchable, so make sure you have all material, such as Lenses and Saved Stories, ready to link or feature on the Profile once it is created.

You can establish up to 20 Public Profiles under your Business Account; if you need to create more than 20 Profiles, please contact your Snapchat account team or submit a support request if you don’t already have one.

Delete a Public Profile

If you change your Snapchat account to a Public Profile for Business, you can always switch back to a regular Snapchat user. Keep in mind that if you delete your Public Profile, you will no longer have access to the additional benefits of having a Public Profile.

Please keep in mind that deleting your Public Profile will not result in the deletion of your username or Snapchat account. It will just revert your account to that of a normal user. Furthermore, removing your Public Profile will delete all prior Public Profile data from your profile, and the Profile cannot be resurrected.
